Business Email is billed yearly. This keeps the price low and avoids a payment fee every month.
Yes — email addresses use your domain, like you@yourcompany.com. You can register a new domain with us, transfer one, or keep a domain registered elsewhere and add a few DNS records.
We set up your mailboxes within one business day of payment (Monday–Friday) — usually the same day — and email you the login details. If your domain uses our nameservers, we add the DNS records for you; otherwise we send you the records to add. DNS changes can take a few hours to reach everyone.
Any standard email app: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and the mail apps on Android and iPhone, using IMAP or POP3. You can also sign in to webmail from any browser.
Yes. Tell us where your email is today and we will help you move your existing messages to your new mailboxes.
Contact us with the number of mailboxes you need and we will send you a quote.
Your mailboxes stay active until the end of the year you have paid for. Download anything you need before then — mailboxes and their contents are deleted after the service ends.
