Pay an invoice with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or PayPal

How to pay an APEX HostMate invoice from the client area with PayStation, Paddle or your account credit, and what to do if a payment does not show up.

Payment methods

If your account country is Bangladesh, local methods appear first and are marked Recommended.

Pay an invoice

  1. Sign in to the client area and open Invoices.
  2. Open the unpaid invoice and choose to pay it. You can also use the payment link in your invoice email.
  3. Under Payment method, choose PayStation, Paddle or Account credit.
  4. Follow the steps on the payment page and complete the payment.
  5. You return to the client area. When the payment is confirmed, the invoice shows as Paid, and your service continues or is set up.

You can download a PDF of any invoice with Download PDF.

Note: When you pay through Paddle, Paddle acts as the reseller (Merchant of Record) and processes the payment under its own terms.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
I paid, but the invoice still shows unpaid Confirmations can take a few minutes. Refresh the page after a short wait. Do not pay a second time.
Still unpaid after 30 minutes Open a ticket in the Billing department with the invoice number and your transaction ID or receipt.
The payment page did not load, or I closed it Nothing is charged until you complete the payment. Open the invoice again and start over.
No payment methods available Contact support and we will help you complete the payment.
