Choosing a data center location

Where each APEX HostMate service can run, how to choose the right location for your users, and what to do if you need a location that is not listed.

Available locations

You choose the location when you order. Locations marked on request are shown at checkout; our team confirms availability before your service is set up.

How to choose

• Be close to your users. The shorter the distance, the faster every page loads. For users mainly in Bangladesh, choose Bangladesh. For users in Europe or spread around the world, Germany is a strong default.
• Think about data rules. If you handle data of people in the EU, a location in Germany or Finland keeps that data inside the EU.
• Check included traffic for Cloud VPS. Included traffic differs between locations. The exact amount for each plan and location is shown at checkout before you pay.

Changing location later

Your service runs in the location you chose at checkout. If you need to move to another location later, open a support ticket and we will explain the options for your service.
