As soon as your payment is confirmed, we create your Oracle APEX workspace, your database schema and your web space. This usually takes a few minutes.
While it is running, your service page in the client area shows Workspace setup in progress. When it is ready, we email you a welcome message.
Note: If setup takes longer than an hour, open a support ticket and we will prioritise it.
