Decide what visitors see at https://your-domain/ — the APEX sign-in, one of your applications, or a welcome page — without affecting any other address.
For each connected domain you decide what its main address, https://your-domain/, opens:
| Choice | What visitors see |
|---|---|
| APEX workspace sign-in | The page where you and your developers sign in to APEX. |
| An application | One of your applications, so users go straight to it. If the application requires a sign-in, they see its sign-in page first. |
| Welcome page (public_html) | Our default welcome page with a sign-in button — or your own index.html, if you place one in your website folder. |
Only the address without a path changes. Every other address — the APEX sign-in at /apex/apex, friendly URLs such as /apex/r/workspace/app, and links your users have bookmarked — keeps working.
The Opens column shows the current choice for each domain, for example the application's name and workspace.
Note: A new application appears in the list once it exists in App Builder. If the list says the applications could not be loaded, wait a minute and try again.
